Set it up in about 10 minutes

1. Install. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the .zip, then click Activate.
2. Connect your AI. On WordPress 7.0 or later, open Settings → Connectors and add your OpenAI, Google or Anthropic key. On older versions, add a line such as define( 'OPENAI_API_KEY', 'your-key' ); to wp-config.php.
3. Create your assistant. Go to SupportZiip → Assistants and add your pages, PDFs or CSVs as knowledge sources.
4. Publish. Add the assistant to your site with its shortcode or the display rules, then send a test question.

Already using SupportZiip Lite? Install Standard the same way. Your assistants and conversations carry over, and any AI key saved by an older version moves to Settings → Connectors automatically.
