Last updated: October 20, 2026. This policy explains how SOAPsync, LLC (“we”, “us”), the publisher of SupportZiip, handles personal information on supportziip.com and when you buy or use SupportZiip.
What we collect
- Purchase information: your name, email address, billing address and business name (if you give one) when you buy through our Stripe checkout. Stripe processes your payment card; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Support and contact messages: what you send to support@supportziip.com or through our forms.
- Website usage: standard server logs and any cookies or analytics described in our cookie notice.
What the SupportZiip plugin does with your visitors’ data
SupportZiip runs on your own WordPress site. Conversations, leads and settings are stored in your site’s database, not on our servers. Messages your visitors send are passed to the AI provider you choose (for example OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or OpenRouter) under your own account and that provider’s terms. Integrations such as Slack, Zapier, Notion or webhooks send data only after you switch them on. You are responsible for your own site’s privacy notice and consent.
How we use information
- To process purchases, deliver the plugin, issue receipts and handle refunds and renewals.
- To provide support and send essential service messages such as updates and security notices.
- To send product news, only where you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments and tax), our web host, and our email provider. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are kept while needed to help you, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to support@supportziip.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws in the United States.
