- Clients paste one line of code into their website. You support them, they pay you monthly.
A simple way to earn it back

Questions
Do my clients need WordPress?
No. WordPress clients get the plugin on their own site. Everyone else uses SupportZiip Cloud: they paste one line of code into any website that allows a code snippet.
Do I need my own AI account?
Yes. Client WordPress sites use the AI provider connected on that site. Your Cloud host uses the AI provider you connect on your own site, and you price your Cloud plans to cover it.
What counts as a site?
Each live client website uses one of your 25 seats. Staging, development and local copies do not, up to 3 at a time. You can free a seat any time from your customer portal when a client leaves.
What happens if I do not renew?
Client sites keep a 14-day grace period after your license ends. After that, premium features and Cloud hosting pause until you renew. Your clients’ content stays in place.
