SupportZiip plugins and licenses (the “Software”) and this website are provided by SOAPsync, LLC (“we”, “us”). By buying a license, downloading the Software or using this website you agree to these Terms. SupportZiip Cloud has its own Cloud Terms.

Licenses

• A SupportZiip Standard license covers the number of production websites you bought (1 or 5). Agency licenses cover up to 25 client production websites. Staging and development copies do not count, up to the number your plan allows.
• Do not share your license key, download link or download page.
• Your license includes updates and email support for the term you paid for. If you do not renew, the plugin keeps working and your data stays; updates and support stop.
• White-label rights (removing SupportZiip branding) come with a SupportZiip White-label license (see below) or a separate written agreement.

Commercial and Agency licenses

• What it allows. A SupportZiip Agency license is a commercial license. You may install and use the Software on up to 25 production websites that you build or manage for your clients, and charge your clients for setup, configuration, hosting through SupportZiip Cloud, support and related services, at prices you set.
• What it does not allow. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, give away or redistribute the Software, your license key or the download files on their own; offer the Software as your own product; remove or change SupportZiip branding or licensing code (white-label rights need a separate written agreement); or use one key outside the client sites it covers.
• Independent businesses. You are an independent business. An Agency license does not make you a partner, joint venturer, franchisee, employee, agent or representative of SOAPsync, LLC. You have no authority to make commitments, warranties or statements on our behalf or to bind us in any way, and you must not say or suggest otherwise.
• Your clients are your clients. You contract with, invoice and support your clients directly. We have no agreement with your clients. You are responsible for your agreements with them, your prices, taxes and refunds, your support, your clients’ content, the AI provider accounts and costs you use, and your clients’ privacy notices, consents and legal compliance.
• No promises on our behalf. Do not promise your clients results, uptime, answer accuracy or features beyond what we publish. Any guarantee or service level you give your clients is yours alone.
• Our names and trademarks. You may say that your service is “powered by SupportZiip”. You may not use the SupportZiip or SOAPsync names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or partner with your business, or register domain names, social accounts or trademarks that contain our names.
• No earnings promises. Any figures we show about what agencies could charge are examples only. We do not promise any income, sales or business results.
• Indemnity. To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and hold harmless SOAPsync, LLC from claims by your clients or their visitors that arise from your services, your agreements with your clients, how you configure the Software, or your breach of these Terms.
• Suspension and ending. If you breach this section, we may suspend or end your license after giving you notice. Ending your license does not end your own obligations to your clients.
• Marketplace purchases. If you bought through JVZoo, JVZoo is the retailer and processes your payment. These Terms still govern your license.

Enterprise and White-label licenses

• Enterprise. A SupportZiip Enterprise license is a Commercial and Agency license for up to 100 client production websites. Everything in the Commercial and Agency licenses section above applies to it.
• White-label. A SupportZiip White-label license is a Commercial and Agency license for up to 250 client production websites that also lets you show your own product name, logo, company details and chat footer in place of SupportZiip, using the Branding settings in the Software. Everything in the Commercial and Agency licenses section above applies to it.
• What white-label allows. You may present AI support services to your clients under your own brand on the sites your license covers. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Software, its files or license keys on their own, under any name, or offer them for others to resell.
• Your brand is your responsibility. You must own or have permission to use any name, logo or trademark you enter in Branding. Do not use a name that copies or could be confused with SupportZiip, SOAPsync or another company’s brand. We may require you to change branding that breaks these Terms or someone else’s rights.
• Disclosure to your clients. Branding changes what your clients see; it does not change who is responsible. You are the provider to your clients and you handle their questions, support, billing and refunds. Where a law, an AI provider’s terms or your client agreement requires you to name the software or AI service you use, you must do so.
• Separate keys. Enterprise and White-label keys are separate from any Agency key you hold. Each key covers only the sites stated for it; seats do not combine across keys.
• When a license ends. If an Enterprise or White-label license is refunded, charged back, cancelled or not renewed, its premium features and Cloud hosting pause after any grace period, and White-label sites go back to showing the SupportZiip name. Your saved branding is kept and returns if you renew.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, or by JVZoo for purchases made through JVZoo. Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars. You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@supportziip.com. Purchases made through JVZoo can also be refunded through JVZoo within the same 14 days. When a refund is issued, the license is switched off.

Your AI provider and your data

The Software uses the AI provider you connect (for example OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or OpenRouter). You pay that provider directly and must follow its terms. Conversations and leads are stored in your own WordPress database; messages are sent to your chosen AI provider so it can answer. You are responsible for consent, privacy notices and compliance with the laws that apply to your website and visitors.

AI answers

AI answers can be wrong. Review your assistants regularly. Do not use the Software for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice, and tell your visitors that they are chatting with an AI assistant.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Software or this website for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful purposes, or to attack, overload or reverse our licensing service.

No warranty and limits

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for configuring, testing, securing and backing up your site. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the update.
