Do my clients need WordPress?
No. WordPress clients get the plugin on their own site. Everyone else uses SupportZiip Cloud by pasting one line of code into their website.
Do I need my own AI account?
Yes. You connect OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or OpenRouter and pay that provider directly.
Is white-label included?
No. Removing SupportZiip branding needs a separate agreement.
What does the Commercial and Agency license let me do?
Install SupportZiip on up to 25 websites you build or manage for clients, and charge those clients for setup, Cloud hosting and support at prices you set. It does not let you resell the plugin or your key on their own, or remove SupportZiip branding; white-label needs a separate agreement. You stay an independent business, not a partner of SOAPsync.
